God, I'm bored.

No, really. Totally bored out of my mind. It's... it's weird in a way, because being here in Malvinas is like a very weird vacation. Vacation because I'm not truly doing much work. I mean, the days I got up to the location (meaning Mipaya), are about three a week, at most, and those days, yeah, I have to wake up at 5.15am and get ready and have breakfast in a hurry and then get on the chalupa (really, tiny boat) at 6.30am. Then two and a half hours of travel, I reach the boring hole point and just pretty much visit the guys, ask what they need, pick up requirements if they have any and then go back to the camp to have lunch, and then at 2.00pm I'm back on the boat for the way back. I arrive at Malvinas around 5pm and go back to my room, shower and change, and wait for 6.30pm when the girls are off work and we can have dinner together.

The other days, the ones where I don't go up to the location. Well, those are the vacation like ones. I wake up around 7.30am, still early for me if I were at home, but very late for Malvinas standard. I don't have breakfast because they only serve breakfast from 5am to 7am and there's just no way. Okay, so I wake up late and read a bit in bed and then have a shower and get change. I arrive in the Pluspetrol office around 8.30am (it's not like I have to be there at 8am, or at 6.30am like they do) and they assign me a computer (thank god!) and then I just kinda sit there and read fanfic, or try to write my own fanfic. There's this very nice breakroom with milk and water and tea, so I pour myself a cup of milk and cocoa, grab a muffin and that's my breakfast. I haven't had this much bread in years! Back in Lima, I always have just fiber cereal for breakfast.

I stay here (I'm at the Pluspetrol office right now) until around 1pm, when I meet my friends for lunch. Then I go to my room for another hour and then head back here around 3pm, until 5.30pm or so, when I leave and head back to my room to keep on reading and just doing nothing, until dinner at 6.30pm. After dinner, my friends and I rest for about half and hour and then to the gym until 10.30pm.

Those are my days. Tell me that doesn't sound like a very weird vacation. *g*
