[spn] 5x22 Swan's Song

May 15, 2010 01:17

Really, people, how do you all have a life after work? I can't seem to make it work for me. I mean, I get home so tired from work, all I wanna do is sit and watch something (not even eat, I haven't had dinner in about two months) and then just CRAWL into bed and the next day repeat. Really.

Anyway.

I didn't know it was the finale!!! I DIDN'T!!!

AFter I saw the intro (that song will always ALWAYS kill me), I googled it and yes, FINALE, and then just kinda started freaking out.

So, yes. I mean, what can I say.

I'm torn.

On one hand, as a finale, IT WORKS. anyone that write will tell you that it, as always, leaves you hanging and wanting more, and that's always a good thing. On the other, well, of course if leaves me with more questions, I mean, that was a safe bet. But it also feels kinda like... not good enough.

I know a lot of people are happy with Dean and Lisa and the apple pie life. and in a way, I am too, but in another way, it's like... it's like for me it doesn't fit. For me it's not Dean. I can't stop seeing Dean in that last second, lost in thought. I pictures him reading the newspaper and seeing a job and having to stop himself from going after it. And maybe that's just me, but it shouldn't be like that.

Okay, see torn!!! I have no idea what it is I'm feeling. It was a good ending, yes, but now I wanna know where else does the story go. It's not the ending, ENDING, of course. Right? But there's so much more!!!

And yes, the toy soldier and the legos killed me. Who didn't? *sniff*

Now, off to watch something else. Something happy... Or write. Either way. *g*

PS: Also, don't know if this is what they were aiming, but I totally saw Chuck as God. Does that make sense?? Weird, huh?? *g*
