Still here. Still thinking I really need a mechanics of soils icon. I'll try and remember, and maybe get something done during the weekend.
And talking about getting stuff done, crap, I really need to get a move on "A Shadow Across". I have the first chapter back, and yet... *sighs* Nevermind. I think I know, FINALLY, what I'm gonna write in the next scene. That should, at the very least, manage to help me along to, well, the next scene after that. *sighs* To think I wrote 50k in thirty days, huh?
What else? Besides needing to write? Not much, I think. I'll try and post a couple of pictures of my work tonight. *g* Well, at least the people I work with. Even my almost crush. *giggles* It's so silly. I mean, intelligence is sexy, at least for me. Always has been. And my boss/professor, no matter how old he is, God, the brains! It's like House, except for the bad temper. It's the idea that someone could know so much and... well, it makes me want to giggle in front of him, which of course I don't. *g*
Also, have you noticed that I've posted more in the last... what, three days, than in the previous month? *giggles* Nevermind. I'm being all weird and stuff.
Two and something months and counting until Spain... only it's not me that's going, as you know. It's Jose. *sniff* I will not be sad. I will not be sad. I will focus on the nice things that will come with Jose going away for a whole freaking year. I need, and am getting, a new cellphone. I'm torn between the nice and afordable cost of the E65 against the high price and beauty that is the N95.
I mean, I could get the money for the N95. I'd probably end up, up to my neck in debt, but it would be worth. It would. It's just so freaking pricy! I mean, dude! For me, it's, last I checked, 800 soles. That's a whole lot of money, compare to the E65 which is only 200. You can totally see my predicament. *nods*
I'm leaving now. *g* I need to get back to work! *g*
