Longest night ever

I'm tired beyond words. I don't remember the last time I was this tired. *yawns* We (five classmates, Karen among them, and me) just spent the last three hours in an intersection (crossroads!) counting cars. No, I'm not kidding. Each one of us took a corner while the other two counted headways and something else I can't remember. So, the four of us ( Read more... )

I'm confused, was there a reason behind counting the cars for three hours? *blinks*

I'm sorry you're tired, I'm right there with you. I had maybe four hours of sleep last night and am looking forward to another 8 hour shift at my internship, while I'd much rather just go home and sleep. :(

School paper, of course. Traffic Engineerig paper. Very, very stupid. Apparently, we have to study just how many cars go through one street at the peek hour, and if the lenght of time the streetlight is on red or green suffices or if not how could we fix it and... very, very stupid. *shrugs*

We shall hate school/intership together. *nods*

Uh... sleep...

Ahh, I understand now. I was a little worried there for a few minutes. ^.~

I'm up for that. The lack of sleep generated from these two things is making me a nutty.

*grins* That's good to hear, at first I was like uuuh huh. Watching traffic. And not only that but there was an entire group. *laughs* I was actually thinking about your assignment the other day when I was driving over the bridge on campus because there were a bunch of people just standing there watching the cars go by with notebooks and pens at the ready.

I take it you're a SGA fan? Hey, did you see the season premiere?
Hee, what gave it away? *grins* Yes I'm a complete SGA fan, I still haven't gotten the chance to watch the premiere for this season yet though. Yipes! Between school, the internship and lack of sleep I have never been so glad to have a DVR in my life. ^.~ Was it any good? What am I saying, this is SGA, how slashy were John and Rodney? ;)

They probably were counting cars, just like me, which is kinda weird, because in the US, there are supposed to be this devices that can do the count. Unless it was for a class, and the teacher wanted to torture them. *g*

Dude. It was... SO FREAKING SLASHY. They fought! And they made up on camera! and YOU HAVE TO WATCH IT!!! *nods*

Watched the season opener and the following episode, Rodney and John are completely married. *nods head* What with the nagging and reluctant apologizing and just yes. Those two are so made of win. So slashy. *sighs*
