[cm] 2x19 Ash and Dust

Very quick comment. Last night, my friends came by for a small get together and we were talking about genetics and environment when it comes down to predisposition to being, you know, evil and stuff. *g* Claudia mentioned that her little cousin is a bit aggressive. She's two and she ended up hitting the crap out of her three year old cousin and I mentioned, "that is a serial killer in the making" and... Well, Claudia didn't take it very well.

I've realized that I always kid about that. About a serial killer. She said, "that's very nasty stuff, don't say that. Don't even say that." And I apologized profusely and all that, but. I don't know. I'm so used to thinking that everyone has a serial killer in them, like, just waiting to come out. I think I'm weird. *g*

That said, serial arsonist! *g*

Reid: Few, if any, are ever caught.
Prentiss: Few? You don't have a percentage?
Reid: 16%. Those 16% set 30+ fires before they were apprehended. I'm trying to be more conversational.
Prentiss: Oh. It's not working.

*grumbles* He made Reid look back. That is never good in my book. *grumbles*

Reid burns his hand and then lets the first aid kit fall.
Woman: A genius, you said?
JJ: Yeah, his coordination drops off when he's thinking.

*giggles* I haven't seen that before, but then again, I haven't seen most of season one, so. *bounces*

Reid: Each time an addict needs a fix, they need more of the drug to get off. So his crimes will most likely get much worse. It'd be almost impossible for him to quit without help.
Everyone looks at him weird.

Is he or is he not on that crap that triple personality dude (Tobias!!!) got him into? I mean, there was this one episode where Reid just kind of looked at the drugs but didn't get high, so... and last episode he told Gideon that he wasn't going to leave the bureau so... Damn it! They can't get Reid addicted. That'd be a bit too low for my taste. *nods*

Hotch: I gotta be as good as I can, as fast as I can, because the minute that phone rings my time is up.

My god. I love Hotch. Really. That character totally rocks, because he really is trying to do the best he can with what little time he has and... I don't know. I want to believe that, as a wife, knowing what my husband does for a living, I wouldn't mind that he does it and has to be away most of the time. She married him knowing that. She can't exactly start complaining, can she? I mean, that's just not fair. I don't know. I'm weird like that.

Oh, god, the last scene... with Gideon telling Morgan not to let Hotch near because, dude, obviously, he was going to try and help Abby. Fucking amazing, really. *nods*

Yes, very, very, good episode. Even if there wasn't enough Reid and all, still, freaking amazing.
