Stuff XII
Hey all, thought I'd do another update as I've not done one in ages.
I haven't been to active in the last few weeks, basically I've been coding and coding and more coding, but last week there were some differences out of that norm. :p
Last week on Wednesday, I went out with smraedis around a park, luckily the weather held out and it was a nice evening out. We talked and walked for hours, it was very good fun. :p
The next day I went to Duragan's and played with him on Wii Sports all day, made my shoulder and arms ache a lot, but nothing too bad.
At the weekend me and the family all went up to Scotland to see how my Sister is, she lives up there with Ross, her BF, and his family, you might know Ross as RossC if you're from the blitz community. We had a party, tons of food lots of drink and later some had some singing compos too. I didn't like the idea of it all, but once I got up it was sort of fun. :p
I got a few "good" and "cool" remarks but most of my singing was bad, I can keep the note but most of the time my singing to too high pitched, just above on the graph thing.
We came back on Sunday, the trip wasn't bad there was a little queue as we neared the junction for Manchester, I think it was junction for Blackpool or something I can't remember, seemed to be volume of traffic anyway.
Since then I haven't been up to much again.
I've just caught up with the journals on LJ, looked at a few on DA yesterday and that. Still behind on SA and behind again on DA.
Also a little advert for getLinKD.net, it's a big list of links, interesting and funny things, and if you find any funny links yourself you can contribute too.
Onto the coding stuff now, SDF:IRC, I haven't done so much on this project recently, still working on it bit by bit though. I got an email yesterday informing me that a bug had been fixed in Java that I needed fixing in order for the plug-in stuff to work.
I've also been working on something else, a little applet game, the first game I've made in Java, and probably the first proper one I've coded my self, when that gets closer to completion I'll post screens. :p
