"As he embraced the warmth given off with each passing window, the young boy glanced within one of the illuminated glass panes. A vaporous vision of employee’s taking part in holiday soirees, laughing; dancing about festive decorations as the aroma of cider rode ever so slightly upon the winds outside. Michael’s stoicism towards the antics of workers of the sinecure indulging in their own mockery; a faux pas of intrinsic conviviality, led him to remove his pressed nose against the window leaving an impression of a dim façade. This imprint slowly faded once again to reflect the harsh winter weather staring into the compassion within..."
