Overthinking
Thanksgiving was good. Got to hang out with most of my family and spend some time with everyone. I got to learn a lot about my mom that I didnt know before and its made me realize why she criticizes me for being lazy at times. I also got to play a little guitar with Ben which i havent done in about two years, i mean i get to hang out with him all the time with him being in the play and all but i dunno its not the same. I didnt get to see you today but that just gives me something to look forward to in the future.
It's odd how clouds can be so beautiful in the day, it's sorta like what christmas decorations do to a tree. By itself that tree is pretty, however its just a tree but it becomes something enticing to the eye when ornaments and lights are put on there. And then when the sunset comes the clouds are illuminated into different colors and it really gives a surrealist type feel to the sky. However at night clouds block the stars. I dont even know why i thought about that except that i walked outside an hour ago and didnt see any stars. I was sorta disappointed cause it was chilly and i had gone out for in reality no reason. In all honesty i dont really know if that means anything. I guess u could say that there are certain things in life that are good at one time but they are a hindrance in the other. Then again thats not what i meant to depict in typing this, it's more of an observation than a metaphor. It's sounds kinda poetic tho. I wonder if poets ever wrote stuff that they didnt really think meant anything, it just sounded cool or was an observation, and someone else was able to read id and said "That's poetry." However im not a poet, i dont write interesting stuff enough for it to be poetry. Then again emerson was considered a poet and his stuff wasnt that interesting. Now Im rambling. Then again lots of famous people rambled in their writings. So was this just a waste of time or was it art. In all honesty i think it just took up a lot of your friend's page which i apologize for.
