*Oh hey spirit-sensitive peeps and Mon, there's a figure wandering the streets with a sword strapped to their back and a scythe in their hand and a piece of paper in their other.
He looks oddly familiar but he seems to be transparent. And their shadow? Doesn't look human.
You might see him somewhere as you go around the city. But whenever he goes near someone as he checks the paper, something happens to them. Mainly, they die. But how they die depends on what killed them.
Just now? A piano just landed on some poor sap. Everyone crowds around. But they don't see the young man with red hair and black/red eyes somehow looking tired, somber, and giddy at the same time with a sword strapped to his back and the scythe cutting...something off the piano pwn'd businessman. Something blue appears. He nods and it disappears.
He checks his list. Ah, that's all for today. For a moment, part of him smiles in relief yet its brief as the 'I'm just doing my job' look resumes as he heads off to a hotel. If you saw him, you could bother him. But why would you bother what appears to be a Shinigami on the job?
