DW Personal Canon

I generally don’t like memes but -
Doctor Who Personal Canon in Ten Lines:
1. If Sylvester counts, so does Paul.
2. The Valeyard was an anti-hero. (Anti-villian?) Having found some way to go back in his own timeline he sought to undo the Time War and fix all the mistakes he had made. He picked the Sixth Doctor's life to terminate since that's the point where everything went wrong.  (see no.5)
                a. In fact, I think most of what Valeyard did was because of self-loathing.
                b. And he was bat-loco.
3. The Time War screwed up a not only a lot of history itself, but some of the Doctor’s personal timeline. Thus the contradictions in the novels.
4. Eight was just trying to get the guy at the millennium party to weird out and leave them alone.
5. Seven's manipulations didn't help. They only hurt.
                a. Time War: I blame Seven.
6. Susan's grandmother's name began with an R. Because I'm discerning a pattern.
7. Rose and the Doctor were in love but never had sex.
8. Infinite Quest makes no sense.
9. Let's see how you look in five billion years.
9. On the other hand, does Jack without a libido count as Jack?
10. At the start of the Time War, all Time Lords, Gallifreyans and the like were called back home to Gallifrey for their own protection or to fight in the war. Otherwise, the Daleks or their allies sought them out and killed them.

And because I noticed so many of my list were Torchwood related, I have a smaller Torchwood list. This will probably be edited when I see the final three episodes.

1. Some of Gwen's actions (investigating Torchwood, the desire to join and put it first in her life) are being guided by a force which somehow connects her to Gwyneth in The Unquiet Dead.
2. Torchwood was probably a more quiet operation until the death of major UNIT personnel in Aliens of London when they ended up taking over a lot of UNIT’s responsibilities. After the Battle of Canary Wharf, UNIT got most of them back.
3. Torchwood wasn't founded to keep Britain safe from the Doctor. Torchwood was founded to keep Britain safe from alien threats, and the Doctor happened to be on their list with a lengthy file.
4. Torchwood never nabbed the Doctor before he landed in their base was because he was under UNIT protection.  The Brigadier probably pulled some strings so the Doctor would be safe as long as he worked with UNIT. One of the rules was that the Doctor had to be kept in the dark about Torchwood’s existence. Which is probably a good thing, he disagreed often with what UNIT did he would have freaked out if he found out what Torchwood did on a regular basis.
5. The fairies didn’t kill Jack on that train in Lahore (or didn’t try to) because from their perspective, they’d already met him and didn’t want to screw up timelines.
6. Uh, standing on the roof of a high buildings is a 51st century meditation technique?
