Marriage!!!
Just Thursday, My brother got married!!! Just her immediate family and ours. But I think it suited my brother just fine. The whole experience was a first for me as I have never seen him that happy or close to a female. I sound like an Idiot. Oh well. I was Happy my Dad could go. He was scheduled for chemo that day, but it got postponed. His cancer went from around his aorta to both lungs. It's kinda complicated. But I've excepted everything for what it is, and need no sympathy or pity. I'm just glad that I was able to create a semblance of a relationship with him, after 18 years. And It's by no means normal or great. But it's better than I've ever had, and I'' take what I can get, and forgive his past mistakes, for this chance. Wow went from wedding to cancer, I need to learn not to be random. Oh well.
