Meh. I'm over it. Doctor just gave me an unnecessary scare. But, not that I'm not gonna get examined to be sure... 'cause... I still have to know. Even if it is just a little true... maybe my cartilage has worn down... but only a little. I'd be able to reverse that with some care and certain regimens. Mm... yeah.

Izzy and Joseph both are here.... staying the night. It's nice to have friends around. I miss it.
