Bliss
This past weekend was excellent. I had the good fortune to be able to get out and see some good friends/wish some happy birthdays. It is such a relief to be out of class for a while. I did get rather intoxicated at wanderer667's birthday party thanks to tsomewhereime. In fact, I don't believe I had the opportunity to buy a single drink. I still owe quite a few people drinks.
On Sunday, I had the chance to sit and watch a movie! My new friend Beau came over to visit, and had a few movies with him. We decided on "Monster" with Charlize Theron. What a movie! I highly recommend it. It was nice to visit with someone else who was born and raised in North Dakota. We talked for quite a while and laughed about some of the shit that used to go on in our hometowns. It's amazing we had never met before my bro introduced us. I'm really glad he did.
Today I got to put up Hanna's tree. Tomorrow, I think I'll start the shopping....but for now I'm just happy.
