I knew you (and hopefully others) would appreciate the rating :P

But really, gods, you don't know how nice it makes me feel I've a recognizable style of some sort :) It's good to have one, I hear, but then, of course, a writer cannot just stop on having that style - he/she must develop. But damn I am if I haven't achieved the first one already. Even if it is only with you as of yet.

Hahahaha, I loved that image of the guy in a pink cap with ear flaps, I simply had to use it. XD And obviously, I plagiarized the cap from my own, which does really have a pink inside, although on the exterior it is black with white fur. :P

Actually, I was inspired to write a short story about a theorist astronomer, who is busy calculating universal stuff without once looking at the sky. Then I was hit, once again, that everyone writes stories that are somewhat long and stuff, and I've always thought of writing something so succinct - like telling a story in a few sentences. Then came the one about the girl, I've actually written it in Russian a month or so ago, so I just translated it. The one about sparrow - it was just a vision that flooded my mind with all the horizontal and vertical lines and all. I didn't know it would be a sparrow's corpse that falls until I got to that place. :) And the bit about nail stabbing - it came from my own experience - I had this awful nail particly sticking out from the side of my thumb and I just couldn't get it out, so yeah. >.>

Oooh, happy anniversary to you too! May all the goodness in this world fall on your head and make you gasp from the unexpectedness XD But oy, must run now, there's Interview with the Vampire on! ::rushes::

It made me laugh. :)

Definitely. It can only get better from here, right? As long as you keep working on it, which I have no doubt that you will. But yes :) I like your style and what you write. It makes me stop and think.

Hah, you have a hat like that? XD Fantastic. *laughs* In high school, I took a bunch of advanced English classes which totally warped the way I read and analyze writing now. Even now, almost two years since I've graduated, I still overanalyze and hone into little details like color. Pink has always reminded me of innocence and childhood and femininity, so picturing a man wearing a pink hat stabbing someone was amusingly ironic. ;)

I see! Even though it was short and succienct, it had it's own flow. And ow, hangnails are no fun, but I totally can see where that came from. I hope you didn't decided to cut your thumb off, however XD.

<3! I love that movie. :D Have fun, darling.
