I loved it! That's exactly what we need for Excelsior. And Dickie sounds like alot of fun.

!! Glad you liked it :D And yes, that's what I was thinking too. Basically, it was like a pretest for my abilities to actually write the Excelsior. Seems like it will be a whole lot of fun. On the topic of Excelsior, though, I think we need to meet up either on AIM or on Google Talk (which is so much better than anything you wouldn't believe!) to discuss rough sketches of the first few chapters or something? Like come up with the skeleton we'd both agree on and then I'd proceed to writing the prologue and stuff, and we could work as you proposed the other time in my journal.
