what's goin' on
-Daddy still in hospital, no news (but no bad news!)-
my life:
1. Art show on Friday in a snazzy nightclub. I have four paintings on display. Hope something sells!
2. Filed my taxes this morning- I'm getting back almost enough to pay for our trip to Ireland this summer! Now I just need to keep from using it to pay bills in the meantime.
3. Long story short: unhappy with the "band" I am in, and I'm looking for new people to play with.
4. Have ideas for "wearable art" designs- dresses that I paint on. My mom is going to help with the sewing! And my artist/fashion-designer friend is going to connect me with people to show my work!
5. Seriously considering moving back to my sister's condo (where I lived before I moved into my current apartment). She's moving in with her boyfriend and needs to rent her place. It's a mile further from campus, but it's bigger, and I have a roommate lined up to help pay the rent there. It will be cheaper than this place!
6. Splurged and bought tickets for Muse and My Chem! Now I just need to find someone to go with- my daughter decided she doesn't want to go. :(
