Inkigayo
Went to a music show for the first time today! (It only took me 11 months, go me.) It was exhausting, but a lot of fun! Met a bunch of super cute and friendly Shapleys, and ended up hanging out with them while waiting and getting dinner with them afterwards.
Random notes:
- ZE:A's Hyungshik came out the front before the show started, right where EVERYONE was lined up, and the group's fans went batshit. I had to ask someone who he was. :\
- Walking into the building, the security stopped the line at me for a second to let a boyband pass. Because I was first in the doorway, they all looked at me, and several of them smiled and waved. I blinked at them, not knowing who they were. (Watching the show later, I learned they were B1A4.)
- Sunny Hill were hot. Who is the girl with short hair? Because I like her.
- Chun Sang Ji Hee! ♥ The Shapleys I was with were really enthusiastic, lol.
- Um, Boyfriend actually scared the hell out of me. The blond one caught my eye first, and his O____O face the entire song kind of creeped me out. I'm not even sure he blinked. And then I was like WAIT WHY DOES THIS OTHER ONE LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE BLOND ONE AHHHH THERE ARE TWO OF THEM AND THEIR EYES ARE TERRIFYING.
- There was one group of REALLY dedicated Girl's Day fans lol.
- K.Will and the girl who dueted with him (apparently Sistar's Hyorin?) were amazing.
- Secret's Hyosung is adorable, oh my God. They pre-recorded, so they were just lip-syncing along during their timeslot on the show, but oh my goodness she was just SO smiley and genuinely happy and excited to see everyone and everything. She kept waving and beaming at everyone. :3
- Hyunah also pre-recorded. MBLAQ's Joon randomly came on stage and started dancing with her, basically doing the male backup dancer parts. Then he bowed and ran off. Only to ran back on stage later to join her in the "Bubble bubble bubble pop, bubble bubble pop pop" booty shake part.
- While MBLAQ were doing their interview on the side stage, 2AM were on the main stage waiting to begin. Seulong kept turning around to watch the interview, and then waved at one of them. I thought I saw G.O. wave back, hehe.
- Everyone LOVES Psy, and he was so energetic and fun.
Stayed afterwards for Dana's birthday party! There were about 50-ish fans?
Ran into B1A4 AGAIN. I somehow ended up at the front of the line going back into the SBS building. (One of the SM staff members grabbed my arm and pulled me with her even though I was third in line.) We all went into the staff room right as B1A4 were also heading in. They stopped and looked all confused, and I said hi and waved a little because I felt bad about ignoring them the first time. They smiled and bowed at all of us. And then they just lingered around in the room while the CSJH fans got settled in, and kept smiling and bowing and waving when they finally left.
I might have to start liking B1A4 now, because they were really adorable. :|
And then CSJH came in! Dana is so gorgeous in person, oh my God. She is ridiculously tall and her face is beautiful and TINY. She was all dressed up and pretty, while Sunday was dressed down and looked really casual in jeans and a T-shirt. She was really awkward, hahaha, while Sunday was really friendly and upbeat. One of the fans mentioned there were a lot of foreigners (me, several Japanese girls, and a French girl), so Sunday was like "TALK TO THEM IN DIFFERENT LANGUAGES :D :D :D" and Dana was like "Wait what I don't know huh WHAT?" She started in Korean, then switched to Japanese. Only to interject a random "Thank you" in English. And then she started talking in Chinese, and was like, "Wait, are there even any Chinese fans here? :|"
