perhaps they won't mind if you use the same games for lesson plans? It could save you time and keep from giving just written work...just a thought. but yes, sleep will help zzz
a college friend who's doing TFA is running into the same problem, and after weeks of running herself into the ground to produce a lesson plan every day, she ended up having a series of breakdowns. *____* NOW she emphasizes proper sleep schedule for herself - so keep taking good care of yourself, and prioritizing sleep! *huggu*
Lol I am dangerously close to breaking down, hence why I'm trying to quit the after school program now. Except they're telling me I can't. And that I don't get any vacation because after school isn't stopping for winter break this year. :|
One could argue I already broke down, since I bawled after school today to my co-teacher, who ended up crying with me.
And while I would love to prioritize sleep, they don't really seem to believe that sleep is all that important for you here in Korea. :\
why are they not letting you quit the afterschool program? :/ is there any leverage you have on them to force them to let you quit? "I'M GOING TO GO INSANE AND BURN DOWN YOUR HOUSE IF YOU DON'T LET ME SLEEP MORE"
