i swear, i might as well just go die right now, because thers not gonna be another week that will top this one.
oh well.
so anyways, last night was the HOT HOT HEAT CONCERT! woo...but oh so much more...
oh well. i guess ill do a recap of the last 3 days now because i forgot wednesday was like my kinda birthday-makeup-day.
-wednesday, dont remember what i did the begginning of the day..prolly sat on my ass..OH..i think i watched 'love actually' (for like the 10th time..its such a good movie though) then around like 5 er sumthin, mum picked up THE CREW and we went out to eat at sweet tomatoes (gotta love those old-people buffet places) then we trotted on over to fiddlesticks, where we played 2 AMAZING games of lazer tag- it was so cool...the first game it was crew+mum, second, it was crew+a bunch of dinky strangers who wore blue and kinda kicked our butts. the first game, i got 2nd place (chels got 1st as i recall) and the second game, to my great suprise (i thought i got killed) i got 1st. it was so flippin fun.
but that was only the half of it...
so then we went downstairs (to the arcade-ish thing) and played a few racing games etc, then my mum wanted to see britt and lexus play DDR. so they did. then me and chelsea tried it (i kicked so much major ass ha)...and we all played until they literally pulled the plug on us..we went crazy...we spent like 20 bucks in coins on DDR..and it was worth it. im obbsessed. so is the whole crew.
so i think ill ask my mum for a DDR thing instead of a car for my 16th. ha.
-thursday..we all ended up spending the night at britts (which was awesome) and i went home with chelsea at like 11 so i could get a ride home at 230 when they went to basketball. so yeah..played tony hawk underground (damnit) and tried to listen to MSI a little tiny bit. went home...did something...
-FRIDAY!!! WOOOO!!...oh well actually the beggining of the day was kinda less then specail. i tried out baby-sitting for the people across the street. jaime (the 12 yr old girl) wasnt there, so i only had to 'sit' the three boys- the twins, trace and ral, and the autistic middle-schooler, nate. i did that from 9 until 3. long long day...got some reading in though..i guess.
but then i got home at 3, started cleaning the house as much as i could, then got 'concert ready' which i guess means that i put WAY too much hair crap in my hair (i could mold it into a faux-hawk in like 10 seconds, but it wouldnt stay, damnit) and then wore my lovely new fender 'battle axes' tee and my old pants with the thing running down them (the only pants i write on) specifically because i wanted to get them signed (and i did before the night was over)and i did my wings like i used to (grossly long and big) and wore dark makeup (oh, the scandal).
so anyways. mum met erin's dad somewhere and we got erin. woo. mum brought her home and yeah it was good stuff. then we were waiting for cheryl (my mum's fitness trainer, ugh) and cheryl was like 'stuck in traffic' er sumthing so we got a late start and i was fippin out, you could say, because i thought we wer gonna be late for the concert, and i really did want to see all of it. (doors opened at 630, concert started at 8) so it was like 630 when we finally got to east wind for dinner. erin and i pretty much ate everything woo. then we went to go pick up britt and chels, around 705 ish. we got them, woo. then headed to the marquee. mum missed the exit, i was flipping out even more right then. we finally got there. woo. i was so FREAKING EXCITED. when we got in there really werent too many people. i mean, the place wasnt filled up, but then again i didnt have a concert at the marquee before to compare it too. whatever. so we gently pushed our way 2 rows (of people) from the front and watched THE BLUE VAN (um....my new heroes) they kicked way too much ass...they were amazing...and i yelled out a bunch of 'YOUR HOT's to the keyboardist, who i claimed as MINE from the begginning of the show. yeah, hes mine. mine. mien. enim. MINE. but anyways, they rocked. the next band up was robbers on high street. not really as good as the blue van, but still pretty good. next up was the best, of course...HOT HOT HEAT! woo. omg...like one of my favorite bands in the whole world (thankyou chelsea for that wonderful idea) they were AMAZING. the singer/keyboardist was incredible. he has a HUGE mouth and massive horse-like teeth. ha...it was incredible. just amazing. they pretyt much played everything. and they came back for an entourage (spelling?) and played 3 moer songs...although i think it was part of the show, cuz they wer reallly popular songs that i wouldnt expect they would leave out..they played 'oh goddamnit', 'goodnight, goodnight' (not my favorite), 'bandages', 'no, not now' (one of the best songs), almost everything off of the new album minus 'soldier in a box' and 'shame on you'. oh gosh it was incredible. so after trying to snatch some stuff (papers saying the order of songs, water bottles) hot hot heat left onstage from a security guard, we headed into the lobby of the place..only to find THE KEYBOARDIST OF THE BLUE VAN. so after he and the bassist and drummer (it might have been the guitarist) signed my pants (!!!), i went to go get some stuff. i got a red hot hot heat tee and the blue van cd. the guys from the blue van were so amazing. we talked to them for like 15 minutes...it was amazing. my mum was there and was like (talkin to the keyboardist) "now dont you keep these girls here too long"..ha...but the keyboardist says she was a cool mum. then we talked about stuff like that and i jammed into the conversation that if they're in town again, they should come by the house for my mum's enchiladas and mexican food (which she usually makes for scott's band(s) when they come to phoenix for a show). so we talked a lot to them. they signed all of our album covers (we all got a cd from them) and they signed MY pants first but also..well..i guess they signed everyone elses too. then i had the bassist and the keyboardist sign 'my kids' (the tie i got at savers in maui..it has the picture of 2 little asian kids all over it)..whoa..it was amazing. and all of them wer way too super adorable. they were from denmark and had the most amazing accents. then some guys (with the band, i s'pose, but not in it) came over and said to the keyboardist 'one dollar hot dongs outside' and the keyboardist was like 'whats a hollar?'..OMG ther friggin amazing. but whatever...i guess im just a tad obsessed. so after talking to them forever, (or at least the keyboardist) we went home THRILLED and drove chels and britt back home. on the way home from britt's house, my mums just randomly 'ya know what sounds good?...taco bell'. so we went to the drive thru and got lots of food. erin and i together wanted 4 soft tacos, but somehow we ended up with 7. it was pretty amazing. although my mum paid for 7 then. huh.
oh well..it was fucking amazing...
and now i should get off the damned computer and go spend time with erin. woo.
oh, and yet again, my mum is being random- she went to go take the explorer in for a check up, and now shes gonna buy a new car..whatever. its a hybrid i guess..and i think she said it was silver..but it gets like 34 miles to the gallons..so that means more money for getting my SUPRA...or my capris..or whatever "white trash" car i want and will end up with.
ha.
amazing.
