I'm actually in Property Law at this very moment. I mean, we have wireless access in the law school and I now have a laptop. Toshiba and it cost $1,500. That's all I can tell you about it. I'm about as not computer literate as you can get having been born in '82. He's babbling about the midterm. In the midterm in which he asked questions like, "Rephrase 'Hey! You kids get away from my car!' into something that is accurate in a legal sense."
Meaning I was slowed down by the question of what the bloody hell the kids would think on hearing some weirdo start speaking legalese. If you were a ten-year-old and heard some dork start babbling about leaving the property in which he holds an ownership interest alone because they do not hold either possession or ownership of the item in question. Because of course that's exactly what you say to get kids away from your car?
So he's just covered some comments on the exam and now he's struggling with the computer system. I don't know. Some of these classes are just so hard to pay attention to. I think that's probably the most likely reason why it is that I got mainly Cs on my midterms. I'm really not looking forward to the finals. I guess I should think about studying this time.
Oh joy. Class just actually started.
