1. (5.12) "Dead to Rights" - After formerly burned C.I.A. Agent Michael Western is cleared for the murder of his partner/handler Max, his former mentor Larry Siezmore returns to force him to break into the British Consulate in Miami. Tim Matheson, Jere Burns and Andrew Howard guest-starred.
2. (5.18) "Fail Safe" - In the season finale; Anson Fullerton, creator of the organization that had burned Michael, demands that Michael burn the CIA team he's working with. Michael's girlfriend and former I.R.A. bomb maker Fiona Glenanne decides she has had enough and takes a drastic step to settle Michael's debt to Anson once and for all. Jere Burns, Kristanna Loken, Dean Cain and Eric Roberts guest-starred.
3. (5.08) "Hard Out" - Michael goes on a C.I.A. mission to stop a team of mercenaries in the Bahamas, while Fiona is forced to turn to a shady arms dealer from her past to get information for Michael. David Dayan Fisher guest-starred.
4. (5.05) "Square One" - Michael volunteers to help the C.I.A. find Max's killer, even though he had been framed. At the same time, he helps out a former Army sniper who wants revenge on the people who nearly beat his sister to death.
5. (5.18) "Necessary Evil" - While Michael's friends, former Navy S.E.A.L. Sam Axe and former C.I.A. operative Jesse Porter try to save a weapons maker held against his will to build a missile for an African warlord; Michael and Fiona discover that his mother Madeline Westen's new boyfriend actually working for Anson. Jere Burns, Rick Gomez and Jonathan Adams guest-starred.
