1. (4.10) "Chuck Versus the Leftovers" - Things are turned upside-down the day after Thanksgiving when Charles "Chuck" Bartowski's estranged and long-lost mother, C.I.A. operative Mary Elizabeth Bartowski, drops by with her love/assignment, industrialist/terrorist Alexei Volkoff for a family dinner. Linda Hamilton and Timothy Dalton guest-starred.
2. (4.19) "Chuck Versus the Muuurder" - Chuck's leadership skills are tested when someone is found murdered inside the C.I.A. bunker underneath the Buy More store, the Castle. Chuck's sister Ellie Bartowski Woodcomb picks up a hobby that worries her husband, Devin "Captain Awesome" Woodcomb. And Chuck's best friend, Morgan Grimes, is stuck in the middle when some of the moronic Buy More employees take on the neighboring Large Mart. Robin Givens guest-starred.
3. (4.09) "Chuck Versus Phase Three" - While hiding out in Southeast Asia from the deadly international agent known as "the Belgian", who is determined to locate the Intersect; C.I.A. 4. (4.20) "Chuck Versus the Family Volkoff" - When the C.I.A. targets Vivian Volkoff for assassination, Chuck turns to an unusual ally to protect her - father Alexei. Ellie suspects Mary Elizabeth does want her to find out about hers and Chuck's late father's past. Timothy Dalton, Lauren Cohan and Linda Hamilton guest-starred.
5. (4.04) "Chuck Versus the Coup d'Etat" - Chuck and Sarah work on their relationship, while they accompany Ellie and Devon to Costa Gravas to visit and reunite with Premier Alejandro Goya. Their colleague NSA Agent Colonel John Casey has to contend with Morgan's interest in his daughter, Alex. Armand Assante guest-starred.
Honorable Mention: (4.21) "Chuck Versus the Wedding Planner" - Chuck and Sarah contacts her con-artist father, Jack Burton, to help them recover the wedding funds they lost to a wedding planner, who turned out to be another con artist. Morgan talks Casey into meeting with Alex's mother. Gary Cole guest-starred.
