Ehh...Happy Holidays
I'm going to be on conference calls all day today discussing a 10% pay reduction to our work force. UGH...why the week of Thanksgiving????
So far, it's not going to affect me...but with our crappy economy, I'm sure it's only a matter of time. It's no better to tell a family they are taking a pay cut than for me to take one myself.
