annual post
well i thought i mayswell post.
just got back to uni after the boat race and work. we came 7th!!!!! which wasnt bad for my 1st race. t'was very cold. was good to be back at work for a night, i enjoy working there.
anyway generally zpeaking i dont miss ilkeston at all, i miss some people and the cats alot but other than that i am glad to be back here. i got to 'ilson' and it just made me sad again so im gonna b going there less i think. that makes me a huge bastard but tis good to be away from that place.
for those unsure about uni or not i cant say if its good or bad because it's different for everybody. I can be myself though and be accepted for who i am here, theres no 'look at me' college sheepery here (well there is but put it this way, you'll no longer be laughing alone) there are people on the same wavelength as me here. we all live withing 2 houses of each other so we go round for a jam anytime, or just watch a film, no more sitting and contemplating going round to a friends. i was a bit worried at first as im in a house mainly filled with people who only live through what others tell them is cool. but it doesnt make them a bad person, so we all get on well :D
anyway other random things: i saw harry hill finally again on tv :D
that's about it really
so now im back at uni im happy so nothing to moan about except the lack of money and the lack of duty to do any washing up or clothes washing (an advantage of going back home)
