ok to cut a long story short, priceline called me back on tuesday to tell me that they couldn't issue my ticket because MH suddenly tried to increase fares. So they wanted another $75 to issue my ticket.
Naturally I threw a fit. They said they'll try their best to book it for me, otherwise they'll give me a full refund if i manage to get my tickets elsewhere. They called me back the next day, offering China Airlines at $820, or something like that. I was like, hell no! Luckily before that, I've already asked my boss if could extend my leave by one more day.
So that went through. I'll be having an extra day of holiday there and flying by EVA, which isn't too bad, and cheaper too! Yay! :)
