(no subject)
Went out last night apartment hunting..found a cute place on Herkimer..though the landlord wanted 715 + hydro..i really liked the place,but i think i have to pass on it.
Later today i have an appointment again on Herkimer,while this landlady wants 649 + hydro,which is a little more reasonable.
Basically what i'm looking for is something relatively close to work,and the downtown core,a place that's pretty cozy and nice on the eyes..not to mention a big bedroom.

The bachelor apartment doesn't have internet access though...GAH!But the 1 bedrooms do..man i really hope this place is nice on the inside..
On the phone Shirley seemed pretty nice,had a couple laughs.
The first apartment i looked at last night was basically a 4 minute walk to work..which would be nice.
I buzzed the landlady,told her that i was here for my viewing,but i guess she was too busy to show me the place,but rather she let me in and i viewed it myself.
The bedroom was almost the size of mine right now,which is good..but the layout of the living room,i wasn't too fond of,the balcony had a nice view of Highway 403 i believe.
Prior ro the aparmtent hunting,Sam and I went to the Snooty Fox,shared a cheap pint..Cameron's Auburn Ale i believe..it wasn't bad..it's no Rickards Red,but tasty nonetheless.
I had the bangers,mash and beans,i don't know whats up with restaurants nowadays..always using instant potatoes..i realize it's fast and easy,but i wouldn't mind waiting 20 minutes or so for REAL potatoes.heh..
It was tasty though..
