My union steward called me today,and basically told me i won my grievance,basically took almost 2 years,but i won!Boooooyahh!
So i have Full-time recall rights,i bump everyone out for it,even if they have more senority than me,which is kind of neat,but i dont really think it will happen..regardless it's a grand day..
Other than the recall rights,i am getting a very nice retro pay from Sept 2004 to the time i was relieved of FT,she said somewhere in the lines of 2 grand..maybe i can move out sooner than i expected! :)
Vacation pay is just around the corner,which should be a healthy amount,so basically Stacy and myself are going to IKEA tonight,going to tell her the good news and celebrate with some shopping :P
