THE LATEST STASH

The stash for the last 2 weeks.

The Futureheads double LP

Snow Patrol Live at Somerset House DVD

Interpol Evil CD1, CD2, and 7" Singles
One of the better songs on the album. I still haven't listened to Antics all that much. In fact, I don't know why I order this single. Seemed like a good idea at the time.

Manic Street Preachers Empty Souls CD1, CD2, and DVD singles with slipcase
I've already had the b-sides to this single since mid-December (when the single was originally supposed to be release). I like the fact that the covers for all three formats form one complete picture.

Mono Under the Pipal Tree CD
Their first album. I've come to conclusion that Mono are a full on Mogwai rip off band. Karelia is Mogwai Fear Satan. Hmm, that's okay though. I think...

Blink 182 Feeling This Picture Disc 7" Single

Blink 182 Blink 182 (Tour Edition with bonus DVD)
Jeez, I don't know how long I've waited for this one to show up. I originally ordered it from HMV and they didn't have it in stock and so my ordered was delayed forever. I cancelled my order with them and just ordered it from Action. This album definitely was a grower. When I originally bought it back in September 2003, I didn't care for it much. I found myself listening to it more and more in 2004 (hey, that rhymed). This "new" version includes a DVD packed with videos for all the singles off of it (Feeling This, I Miss You, Down, and Always), as well as videos for Stay Together for the Kids and What's My Age Again?. It also has the makings of Feeling This, I Miss You, and Down. AND it has, in DVD form, the videos that were on the Enhanced CD Rom portion of the CD. Yes, I like Blink 182. Fuck off.

Echo and The Bunnymen Ocean Rain (Expanded Edition)

Slint Spiderland CD

Amina AminanimA CD e.p.
Eh, I got this one because of their association with Sigur Ros. Amina is the string quartet that tour with SR and play on their albums. Apparently, this e.p. was super limited so that was another factor as to why I bought this. Hmmm, I think I was expecting something more grand but the 4 songs are really stripped down and very minimal. It actually reminds me of SR's Ba Ba Ti Ki Di Do e.p. from last year.

interpol, blink 182, manic street preachers, slint, amiina, mono, snow patrol, futureheads, echo and the bunnymen
