The Goth Detectives Strike Again!
So...I've been negelcting this here thinger..
I haven't posted in what months?
Oopsies.
But I have an excuse! *duh*
I've been extremely busy with school, my artwork, life, etc etc. But now I have decided to post seeing as my buddy here has been nagging me too and, it is finally summer!
Exams are done, everything has turned in and I am technically a senior now. Its a bit scary which is really sad. I've been waiting to be a senior for years, seeing it as my first step to breaking out of this shitty place and starting off my new life on my own. And now that its finally here, I'm scared to death. My little brother will be a freshman and I'm worried about him beginning high school and me not being here after this next year. I'm worried about getting into college and being able to go where I want to. And of course, I'm worried about my major, my entire family is telling me I can't go to an art college because of the current state of the economy. Naturally, photography doesn't bring in the benjamins.
But..oh well. I'm going to go on and do what I want. They are also against me moving out of state after college. Jeesh, let me be an adult please.
Whining aside, life has been pretty great lately. I've been planning out my IB Photo projects for next year, getting ready for vacation and finally relaxing after my annoyingly busy junior year. Summer come and goes all too fast but I'm determined to live it up this year, finally getting a car and the like.
I smell a road trip later on this year.
