Is Spring here yet??
I can't even believe how much time has passed since my last post - a busy life has a way of sweeping up the days.
Work is wonderful - Every day is a new challenge but they are all the right challenges for this time in my life. Nothing is too difficult, nothing is too easy and I seem to be succeeding better than perhaps anyone thought I would. Sales are up vastly, menu changes have been received with rave reviews, employees look better and are following safety standards, the account is CLEAN - no longer a huge greasy mess. Things fall into place a little more every day.
Josh and I moved to the 3rd floor apartment. We now have 3 bedrooms, a huge living room, a sizable kitchen and large bathroom with tub. The people who had lived there were there for 15yrs so the place was due for a renovation therefore the place looks amazing. New appliances, new flooring, fresh paint, new windows. And this place is only $50 more a month than the tiny efficiency we had on the 2nd floor. Our bedroom is the size of the kitchen/living room area we had before. The light is amazing as well. Strange how the place you live can affect your subconsious comfort so vastly.
In two weeks I will be in Florida!!!!!!!!!!! Josh's Gram Gram lives there. We are going down for spring break with his parents. The best part?? RED SOX SPRING TRAINING GAMES!!!!! I know to all you Fenway vets this doen't seem like much, but I have never seen the Red Sox live despite my devotion so I am very excited. We are going to not 1 but 2 games. First is Sox vs. Rays afternoon game. Josh's step father is going with us to that. The other is Sox vs. Yankees game - night game. Josh doesn't know I got tickets to this game - I'm gonna suprise him when we get down there.
Hhhmmm - guess I shoudl go move some more stuff now considering there are only 5 more days left in this month and the other apartment needs to be rented out - sans our stuff.
