It was cheesy, but they knew it and really embraced the cheesy, thus it was really fun. The dancers were good and they had acrobats (the large ribbon in the air kind, if you follow me) that were also good.
The guy who plays Lord Vampire pretty much has the easiest job in the world. All he has to do is walk around on a stage making the face he's making in the picture, while beautiful half-naked women cavort around him. It's a tough job, but somebody has to do it. ;)-
