time to get crack-a-lacking!

SO... it starts today.

what you may ask? not a diet, a healthy lifestyle. i woke up at 10 this morning and went running, did some lunges after that, followed by a hardcore ab workout. i have to get rid of this beer belly! i never thought i'd have one, but i do now. considering all i've been doing for the past week is eating whatever i want and drinking alcohol every night, i guess it could have been worse.

now i'm eating a WHOLE GRAIN WHEAT sandwich!!! w/ cheese i might add since i don't drink milk. i also eat cheese as a snack to keep my calcium at a good level. i'm ashamed to say that i am drinking a dr. pepper right now but i just couldn't help it. i figured i'll only have one a day for a little while then get rid of it altogether again, except for special occasions.

at work i'll limit myself to one pretzel or a pretzel dog and an icee. after that i'll just drink water. i feel so ridiculously refreshed after running, working out, and showering... i forgot how amazing it feels. now all i need is for brad to wake his lazy ass up so i can play my damn xbox game and for alex to call me so we can order some tickets to the KEANE CONCERT on june 16th i think at the sanger theatre in new orleans. sounds like fun!

i'm sure no one cares about all this shit i just wrote down. i think i might start keeping a journal of all my workouts and whatnot as well. anyways, i'm out. peace out, A-TOWN!
