Movies and shite...
Watched a lot of movies in order to keep me from going out this weekend and keep me in my room reading plato and writing many papers. I finished my papers on death in time for Johnson's class and now I have to work on my journal and yet another paper for tomorrows class that we went over tonight. I love this class, but I'll be glad when I don't have to spend my Sunday mornings freaking out because the paper I've spent the weekend writing is a piece of crap. I watched What's Eating Gilbert Grape for the first time and I highly recommend it, I also watched Eyes Wide Shut, and I don't recommend that one nearly as much...although it still shows that Kubrick films are pretty much amazing...I just can't get any sort of attraction for the characters from watching naked women or Tom Cruise... They should have cast Richard Dean Anderson for the role, that would have done it, or maybe if I didn't know anything about Tom Cruise...
Two weeks until Indiana. Huzza!
I've used the smallness of my room to work towards my advantage in drying laundry...now thanks to a broom via housekeeping I've constructed a temporary clothes line from the fridge to the bookshelf, clothes are drying as we type...
On a side note: I MUST go to Greece next J-term! If the RA position doesn't fly, then I'm thinking of selling an organ to science...vote for your favorite one!
