If you didn't know, I paint custom Playmobil in my spare time. Mostly I just do it for someone's birthday as a very special present. After all, there's only one on the ENTIRE world. But slowly and surely, I'm working on a set of Doctors for me. And after I finish those, I've been requested by canton_everhard  and hollisdorian to do a set of The Endless. I've already begun to think about that, but it's still aways off.

Right now I'm working on a twofer for someone and I just can't seem to get the colors right. I'm sure most of it is down to the crappy, crappy light I have in my room. If I bothered to take it outside, it'd look fine. But then am I doing these to look right in natural light or look right at night? What will these be seen in more? These are also the first non-jacketed Playmobil I've done. So do I paint the little sticky out bits on the bottom of the torso as shirt (which is inaccurate) or pants (which looks weird)? Decisions, decisions...

vworp, playmobil
