And she's home!
Currently sleeping on my bed. She's still on ATBs (doctor shorthand for 'antibiotics') and Pepcid for two weeks and we're not supposed to give her her Proin until after her check-up, so I'm mentally preparing to wash the sheets on the bed frequently. I suppose we could make her sleep on the floor but after all she's been through I'm not sure I have the heart to deny her that comfort. OTOH, I believe they're just being cautious and that going back on her normal dose in a day or two will not affect her in the least and may keep SH from hitting the roof.
She's tired and bare of fur in several spots from both IVs and needing to have her EKG monitored. Buddy got a bit fresh with her when she got home, he was so excited to see her and smell where she'd been, but she quickly told him to "Back off!" and they've been fine ever since.
