So glad you loved the haikus! I can't believe I wrote 73 of them...

And I love truth serum plots too! But I can't seem to find enough of them and end up resorting to reading truth or dare fics instead. And those are usually very silly. (Unlike my fic, of course. Which is not silly. At all.)

Hahaha! Now you have me envisioning a sequel in which Harry and Draco get back at Fred and George by making them speak in limerick at a highly inconvenient time.

What a great concept. Harry speaking in rhymes and Draco talking in haikus. It was a prank worthy of the Weasley twins. And I loved every single line.

Oh, wow--only 5 comments in, and someone's caught me out! LOL

I fangirl Maya shamelessly. If this hadn't been a gift fic, I probably would have dedicated it to her because I love her just that much. I originally picked Moody over Shacklebolt, despite the difficulties in explaining what he was doing there, entirely to avoid similarities to DDG. (Although when I thought of all the possibilities for his eye, I was glad I had.)

So, yes, this fic was probably inspired and influenced by my love of all things Maya. But if I actually succeeded in making someone laugh and suffer heart pangs, then I am thrilled, because that is exactly why I love Maya's stories so much as I do.
