Hey! So I posted a couple years ago to say that I hadn't posted for a year or two. I have no idea if I'll be any better about posting in future. But I wrote an ACTUAL FIC for the first time in several years, and whether or not it turns out to be particularly good, I'm just so pleased I managed to find the time to write it and then actually did

Oh my gosh, HI!!! I was thinking about you the other day too! Going through the beta process again after all these years and remembering what a freaking amazing beta reader you were. Also pretty fantastic at coming up with fic titles! I probably could have used you on this most recent one. ;)

Oh man, two kids!! <3! I'll bet they keep you so busy. Those ages are so demanding, but so special, too! Yesterday my husband found this old video clip of him tickling our oldest son when he was maybe 10 months old. He's 10 years old now. And I was just OMG I AM GOING TO CRY. That baby is gone now and I MISS HIM. The 10yo kid is fantastic, of course, and it's amazing to be able to have conversations with him on a more adult level, it's just. They change so much, so fast.

I feel like I should post an update, flocked, just for the handful of people who might still be around to enjoy it & would appreciate hearing a little about how we're doing over here now. I miss the fandom friendships of the old days too. It makes me sad, some of the people I've slipped out of touch with.
