The Huron Carol (or 'Twas in the Moon of Wintertime)

I'm sharing two versions, the first performed by a white Canadian artist Heather Dale, sung in Wendat (Huron), French, and English. The second version is English-only, but performed by Thomas Dale Jackson, OC, a Métis actor and singer.

Beautiful

By Rasmus Berthelsen wrote it about 150 years ago, as one of the first Greenlandic caroles. It's very popular in Greenland, where it's considered nearly a national hymen.
