This week's The Mentalist made me cry.
My sister's wedding rehearsal was tonight, and afterwards we went out for dinner with all the helpers. We started talking about TV shows and I mentioned that I preferred cop shows like The Mentalist over shows like Mad Men. In cop shows, most of the time the bad guy gets caught and the victim gets justice. Sometimes you just want that hope, even if you can't always have it in real life.
