My John/Cam 'verse
This is perhaps a wee bit obsessive-compulsive...

This Is the Alternative
1) Wacky Ancient device turns Jack and Daniel into women
2) They get together
AU of This Is the Alternative in which:
1) Jack and Daniel don't get together in the end
2) Sam and Pete eventually break up
Alternate Reality #1
Alternate Reality #2
Alternate Reality #3
Red Ribbon
1) John gets turned into a woman, aka Joan Sheppard
2) Cam and Joan fall in love
3) Joan turns back into John
4) Cam convinces John to give their relationship a chance, but John returns to Atlantis (per "The Return, Part 2")
5) Cam and John part ways due to their careers
AU of Red Ribbon in which:
1) Joan doesn't get turned back into John
2) Cam marries Joan and they have a son named Brendan Sheppard-Mitchell
3) The Ori conquer Earth, then invade Atlantis, forcing Joan, Brendan, and others to jump into the "main" Red Ribbon reality (AR#1)
Prequel to AU of Red Ribbon in which:
1) 14-year-old John runs away from boarding school and hides as a girl
2) Old Cam (Continuum Cam) recognises "Joan" and takes her in for the summer
3) "Joan" meets and falls in love with 14-year-old Cam, but never reveals secret
4) Events of AR#2 occur except the Ori don't conquer Earth

1) Cam and John take Team Sheppard to Disney World

One of these days I'd like to write stories set in the "Red Ribbon" alternate reality. The John Sheppard of that AU is a good deal more queer and transgendered than the John Sheppard of the "main" reality. I mean, he actively chooses to stay female and become "Joan Sheppard". AND there's precedent, because he spends an entire summer in Kansas hiding from his parents, cross-dressing as a girl.
...those of you who actually understand this stuff, please let me know if I cross any lines or step on any toes.
