Travelocity Sucks

At the moment, I hate Travelocity. They royally fucked me over. Here's the story......

On the 25th, I'm booked to Ref in Oregon. I sorta have been waiting on booking my flight and hotel but last Friday I decided to get it taken care of. I was trying to book through travelocity, it was sorta expensive but I was going to put it on my new credit card anyways and get it paid off by the end of June....but Travelocity royally fucked up.

Flight: Oakland to Portland, Portland to Oakland
Hotel: Super 8 in Portland

Finalize......ok Super 8 is sold out...great. Need a more hotel...but it will cost more, fine.
Need to re-do everything.

2nd attempt:

Flight: Oakland to Portland, Portland to Oakland
Hotel: More expensive one, closer to airport though.

Finalize.........website is having issues!? Try back later or call????!!!! Great!!!!

So I let it go till Sunday.

But instead of Travelocity, I try through Southwest....they have cheaper flights!!!! Sweet, what a deal!

Flight: Oakland to Portland, Portland to Oakland, $150.00

Book flight......credit card doesn't work?....Book flight!...CREDIT CARD DOESN'T WORK!?

*calls Mastercard*

Mastercard rep: Your card has been maxed out. Travelocity, has charged your card for $529.00.

At this point, I'm ready to start thorwing stuff in my room. So I get off the phone with Mastercard and call Travelocity to talk to them about it. Now when I say talk, I mean talk, not to call up hollering and telling them to go fuck themselves.

Travelocity Rep: Oh we are sorry about that. You need to call Mastercard and have them call us at this # so we can take care of it.

Mastercard Rep #2: Oh you need to have Travelocity call us at this # so the pending funds can be reversed.

Travelocity Rep #2: Oh I'll take care of it, *puts me on hold*.......*it's a very long hold time by the way*.......*yeah we're still holding*..okie dokie guy gets back on the phone. I took care of it for you, the funds should have been reserved. Thank you, good bye.

I call mastercard back to make sure.

Mastercard rep #3: Yeah, the merchant (travelocity) did call the bank, but you won't get your funds back for 2 to 3 buissness days.....

Me:Greatttttt

So now it's Weds, and the funds have been reversed, but I still can't use my credit card until either later tonight or tomorrow. More than likely tomorrow. So at the moment i'm praying that flights and hotel bookings don't go up to much by tomorrow. This sucks so much.
