On Stage at Faire
I've been doing things on stages at Faire for over 10 years now, but I haven't been really delivering lines since '98 during my last year with Sound and Fury. It's all been singing on stage with the Boggards for the last 7 years. I just recently started delivering a song intro with Stork and it has been fun, but it is amazing the reaction I get sometimes. For those that haven't seen the show, it's humorously offensive and relates to how I woo women. On a number of occasions now, while propositioning them, I get a response of, "Ok, sure". It floors me every time. I forget how much power you have when you are up in front performing like that. It's not that people are sheep, but that they are there to see the show, especially those in the front row. They want to get involved with what is going on. It's nice to remember and experience that again.
