hmmmmm korean food
*deep breath*
ookay, so i've been hopping around reading the xanga's of random AZN girls... and i wonder where i would be if i had mountain eyebrows and yellow hair and weighed 98 pounds... if i were one of them and looked like a mass produced (but still attractive) typical asian girl, would i be happy?
i mean, would that mean i would have awesomely tall platform shoes and a hot thug boyfriend who drives me around in his rice mobile and erm... buys me ... erm... god i want korean food.
i dont know what it is, but something abotu reading some of these entries leaves me wondering where i would be if i were that way.
i think, in actuality, it would mean that i would have like... some parents who have these jobs that i know nothign about that feed me money on a regular basis. we'd probably never talk and not really know one another, but i'd get the grades to make them happy and head of to UC Berkeley... (or get miserable grades and date ugly fat yellow haired asian guys...but still get enough money for my parents to not have to deal with me)

its just that i've been missing so dearly all things korean - the food the culture the language (im losing it =/) and just the comfort of being home. I want nothing more right now than to be sitting at my friend Gina's house with a bunch of other korean friends and grilling or making random food and eating in front of the television or sitting around and talking and eating pat bing soo (korean shaved ice) at Ice Kiss.

on another note. i got excited today about TWO things - one. there is a gaggle of ASIAN MARKETS in Albuquerque. trick is if i can coax eric into taking me (to all of them? hahha)
two. there is also a KOREAN BBQ place in ALBUQUERQUE woot.
oooh THREE. there is a TINY korean food place in the Villa Linda Mall (Of all places) i made friends with the owners... yes, we koreans latch onto one another when we find eachohter out of element... at home, we ignore our neighbors.
im rather smelly, shower time - much like hammer time, but with a shower.
i would like a george foreman grill and a rice cooker!
