Doesn't look like I'll make it to AC this year
Part of the reason is that it completely slipped my mind that the room block was opening up right after FC, so I forgot to even think about booking a room, and now the Westin is sold out. But the real reason, to be honest, is that I have too many other things planned this year and my vacation time at work is already stretched. Disney World in May and "Yellowstone Con" in August, plus FC this year means most of my time off is spoken for.
I also want to get out with my boat and jetskis to the lake more and preparing for cons really cuts into that. So no AC for me this year, I'm afraid.
I'll miss hanging out with my friends, like fox_cub , teddymd , natashasoftpaw , thrashbear , and others. I'll also miss the Cub Hub, and Pittsburgh. As for AC itself.. Meh. It's just another con, and I don't go to cons any more except to hang out with my friends anyhow.
