I just talked to my dad for half an hour! Oh my gawd! We've never talked on the phone that long! So good!
And they're coming up to visit on Saturday! Yay! And probably bringing a sleeping bag that I can take on the trip...
And I told him about the hitchhiking and he's down with it - no really supportive, but not angry. See: Cat Steven's song "Father and Son".
The phone call threw my day off - I was supposed to be baking carrot cake (thanks to Oriana for the eggs!) 45 minutes ago. Oops.
Sam's leaving tonight. I'm going to miss him. Even if it's only for a day or two. ::sigh::
