Anyone can become an agent of death. All it takes is time and dedication. You start, like so many pseudo-noirs and suspense stories do, by following people. Not professionally, not for personal reasons, you just randomly pick someone and tail them. If you get spotted, you stop. You move on. Start over. Try again. And again. And again. As you get better at it, you will be noticed less and less, until the time comes when you don't stop. You continue to follow and watch a single person, day, night, at their most public, to what they believe their most intimate and alone. You shadow them without change or realization, until they die.
And then you start again. Pick someone. Follow. Follow until they die.
As you go on, you will start knowing who to follow... who are the people who need to be shadowed the most, since they will be tailed the shortest. You will know when and where you need to be, and who you need to keep your eyes on.
