GENTLEMEN BEHOLD

For Gentlemen and her mother I made seared black cod, salsa verde (the Italian one), sautéed leeks, and roasted red potatoes. And for dessert I made basil panna cotta with passion fruit coulis. I think the black cod could've been cooked another minute, and the potatoes didn't entirely crust properly, but otherwise I think it was good. Especially the basil panna cotta.
