x-mas prep
My christmas baking (all GF) is done!
Italian Almond Macaroons
According to my Aunt Grace's recipe, these are Cookie Puffs. They have walnut pieces and chocolate chips inside.
And last, ricotta pie (pizza dolce). I don't know why it came out so brown this time.
The shrimp are defrosting for x-mas eve dinner. The cacciatore sauce is all put together awaiting the shrimp. I still have to do the hors d'oeuvres but those have to wait until tomorrow. I've pulled out my mother's china to use and it's sitting on the hutch.
Now I need a drink.
