Title: The Life You Save Author: Scribere Est Agere Pairing: Goren/Eames Spoilers: After Purgatory Rating: M Disclaimer: These characters do not belong to me.
Oh God I was terrified the visit wouldn't be included but then it was and it was amazing. I wanted to bitchslap Ross though because why, why would she need to see that you dolt?!
Dear Ross, You suck this chapter. no love, Me.
But oh God so good, and now what happens? He gets help? Gets out? omg omg omg so many possibilities.
I couldn't even read that word for the fear of long words - clearly some evil, ironic, hipster psychologist named it that.
And Fuck yeah Baffin Island! Loonies are awesome, and my country is effing huge lol.
And I don't eat avocados, but this gave me a justification for it lol.
Bitchslap Ross! Hmm. That might make a good scene further along...:)
Thank you so much for your ongoing feedback. I can't stooooop! I haven't written this much this quickly in...well, forever, I think. IT JUST KEEPS COMING. And it's so FUCKING ANGSTY. Maybe I'll have to write something soft and fluffy next.
Nah.
Are you Canadian, too? If so, YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSS! <3 If not, it's all right. We can't all be completely awesome ;)
Thank you!
ETA: I kinda love avocados...a lot, despite the meaning of their name, lol.
Avocados are too creamy for me. IDK if that makes sense but lol, there it is.
And I am super super happy you're writing this much again. You are so super totally my favourite L&O writer. If I could print and bind Red Strings and put it on my shelf, I totally would.
Also, yes I am Canadian! I am assuming by the 'too' you are as well? I'm from the east coast (NS) originally but living in Ontario right now :)
Ah, I'm so happy about Red Threads. I feel like I did a bit of a disservice to that story. I read parts of it now and think, Oh, I could have done so much better. I don't want to feel that way about this story. Thank you!
Oh hai thar, we're east of TO. I was actually in TO two weekends ago - fun times. I love that city!! We're in Prince Edward County - I cannot wait for summer again because it's my fav time here, lol. I adore Lake Ontario.
I think as authors, we always feel that way about older stories. It's just that we grow, and look back at old stories through a new filter of experience. I am forever sad that I never finished my G/E AU fic, I still re-read it sometimes and think like... maybe... haha. Who knows? Maybe onc ethey'r eback on my TV again, I'll be re-inspired :)

Precisely...which is why I TRY to never re-read my stories once they're done and done and posted and done. Please write some more! I'm hoping a whole whack of writers will feel more inspired once the show returns... :)
