(no subject)
So, my husband is still reading the book. He has about 250 pages left, and I told him he must finish by late tonight because we're going for drinks with friends who have both finished it.
He sent me a text message earlier
that said, "Dobby died, damn it!"
Poor thing. He was even more torn up about it than I was.
I also had a gloating moment about Ron, because this morning he complained about Ron being whiny or disloyal or something, having just read the part where he leaves. This made me sad, because I actually think my husband shares a lot of great qualities with Ron, and I was trying to defend Ron without giving anything away.
But after the Sword And Horcrux Scene, the husband has eaten crow.
